Based between Oxfordshire and London, fashion journalist and content editor Lucy works across digital and print media. Educated in fashion journalism at London College of Fashion, University of the Arts, Lucy honed her craft as Fashion News and Features Assistant at Grazia, reporting on everything from catwalk shows to emerging street trends. The next decade took her to high street style bible Look magazine, as Fashion News Editor and later, Head of Fashion Content, directing the brand’s editorial and commercial offering. She is currently Content Editor for British fashion label Mint Velvet.
As a freelancer Lucy has written and created content for Evening Standard, Stylist, Emirates Woman, French Connection, La Redoute and more. Style and shopping destination The Lucy Edit is where Lucy shares fashion notes and findings from her notebook and camera roll.

Lucy has presented at The Clothes Show Live and sat on numerous fashion panels for live Q&A’s including the Drapers Summit, Graduate Fashion Week and industry PPA’s. She also joined BBC Radio as a fashion expert where she had a weekly style news segment.
Fashion interviews include the late Karl Lagerfeld, Marc Jacobs, Isabel Marant, Roland Mouret, Kim Kardashian, Olivia Palermo, Alexa Chung and Cara Delevingne.
Over the years, the fashion industry has recognised Lucy as one of the 100 most influential people in online fashion and lifestyle journalism (Drapers annual Online Fashion 100), in the Top 50 UK Fashion Insiders (The Telegraph) and as a Social Media Insider To Follow (Asos). Lucy has won IPC Media’s Best Weekly Fashion Pages award and was shortlisted for the PPA Association of UK Magazine and Periodical Publishers New Section Editor of the Year.
