With the new season comes a fresh helping of collections and launches to explore. For the wardrobe, I’m leaning towards minimal, neutral accessories which I can weave into any outfit. A great starting point? Blush mules and Anine Bing’s dreamy, putty-coloured baseball cap. Smart enough to pair with the dressiest of frocks, or, jeans and a white tee. Add an oversized wool coat for low-key days running errands and a sharper blazer for meetings.

In My Wardrobe

The collection of gold chains by Fallon, at Matches, has really caught my eye too. The kind of jewellery I layer with hero spring/summer dresses, like the romantic Meadows one I’m wearing here. Dreaming of the balmy days to come, when I can switch out the wellies for strappy sandals. Another drop delivering the dress-goodies is Lydia Millen’s latest line at Karen Millen. The sage coloured cutwork embroidered maxi dress (there’s also a blouse) is one of the prettiest dresses I’ve seen hitting the rails this spring and the details, from needlework to cut, make it a noteworthy high street piece.

For The Home

Homewares as we head into the milder months always ramp up, too. These picks can be brought into the house now to add new points of interest and later on, they’ll be perfect for curating those outdoor dining tablescape themes and making an event of garden living too.

‘Addicted’ doesn’t cut it when it comes to describing how I feel about Sam McKnight’s new hair mist, Cool Girl. Kate Moss hair on-the-go. A game-changer. While Aveeno’s Triple Oat Serum is my new on-hand fix for slightly irritated Retinol skin. Light enough for lunchtime top-up’s and slotting perfectly into my A.M. and/or P.M. routines, as and when. I really don’t think you can have enough clean, fuss-free formulas like this on your nightstand and I totally trust Aveeno on my kids skin too. The lotions are a family staple yet I love that this serum feels a little more targeted.
